Accessibility Statement

Ink2Truth's commitment to accessible reading and how to report a barrier.

Last updated: __DATE__ · Effective: __DATE__

TODO — This page has no content and must not go live empty Should follow shortly after launch — and genuinely worth doing properly for a reading platform.

Why there is no draft text here: placeholder legal language that looks finished is more dangerous than an obviously empty page, because it stops looking like a task and never gets replaced. Generate a real draft, then have it reviewed.

How to produce it: draft with a reputable policy generator (Termly, Iubenda or Termageddon — roughly $10–$40/month, and they update the text as laws change), then have an attorney who works with digital publishers review it. Paste the finished text below, replacing this box and the checklist.

What this page must cover

  1. Your commitment and the standard you are working toward (WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the usual target).
  2. Current conformance status — partial conformance is honest and acceptable; overclaiming is not.
  3. Known limitations, especially in interactive content, embedded video and third-party components you do not control.
  4. Accessibility features that do exist: keyboard navigation, text sizing, contrast, audio narration.
  5. Whether audio narration is available and on which titles.
  6. How a reader reports an accessibility barrier and your response commitment.
  7. Alternative ways to access content if the reader cannot use the standard interface.
  8. Date of last accessibility review.
