Current conformance status — partial conformance is honest and acceptable; overclaiming is not.
Known limitations, especially in interactive content, embedded video and third-party components you do not control.
Accessibility features that do exist: keyboard navigation, text sizing, contrast, audio narration.
Whether audio narration is available and on which titles.
How a reader reports an accessibility barrier and your response commitment.
Alternative ways to access content if the reader cannot use the standard interface.
Date of last accessibility review.
